Markian Pergat

Markian Pergat is an entrepreneur, small business investor, and advisor to established service business owners. He has spent two decades building and operating service businesses, and in recent years has expanded his work to investing in businesses, negotiating deals, and advising other owners to make their businesses more valuable, transferable, and less dependent on them.

His work focuses on a problem many successful business owners eventually face: building a business that can create value without requiring the owner to remain at the center of everything. Through his advisory work and proprietary EXITS Method™, Markian helps owners identify the constraints that limit their business's value and options, de-risk what they've built, and create greater freedom around what comes next.
